At Positive Youth Training Ministries Inc., we want every parent and guardian to feel informed, comfortable, and confident when enrolling their child in our programs. Our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where youth can grow in mind, body, soul, and purpose.
Program Age Groups
Our youth programs are designed for children and teens based on the activity, camp, event, or training session being offered. Age requirements will be listed on each registration form or event flyer.
Registration Instructions
Parents or guardians must complete a registration form before their child can participate. Forms may include camper information, parent contact information, emergency contacts, medical details, permissions, and payment confirmation.
Emergency Contact Requirement
Each participant must have at least one emergency contact listed. Parents should also provide any medical concerns, allergies, medications, or special instructions that staff should be aware of.
Safety Expectations
Youth are expected to follow staff instructions, respect others, participate safely, and show positive behavior during all activities. Staff may adjust or pause activities when needed for safety, weather, or behavior concerns.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Rules
Parents or guardians must drop off and pick up youth on time. Children will only be released to approved adults listed on the registration or authorized pickup form.
Photo and Video Permission
Parents will be asked to choose whether their child may appear in photos or videos used for flyers, social media, the website, community outreach, or program promotion.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to show respect, kindness, teamwork, and self-control. Bullying, fighting, unsafe behavior, or disrespect toward staff or other participants will not be allowed.
Payment Instructions
Program fees, camp fees, or event payments must be completed by the listed deadline. Payment instructions, QR codes, or registration links will be provided on the program flyer or registration page.
Parents and guardians are important partners in our youth programs. Before participating, each child must have a completed registration form, emergency contact information, medical notes, and signed parent permission. Program staff will provide clear drop-off, pick-up, safety, and payment instructions for each event or camp session.
